Job profile: A Business Process Analyst will be a part of World Bank`s Service Desk (SD) unit in Chennai, India.He/She will be responsible for planning and executing tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of the service desk.The working hours for the position will be from 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. EST(Washington, DC).

Eligibility : The Candidate must posses the following -
* Excellent Customer service & Communication skills
* Strong Analytical & Peopl-management skills
* Ability to assess,meet & independently manage client expectations
* Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of work experience & minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
