a) Sr. Manager (Electrical/Chemical/Mechanical) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000/- , Age : 45 Years as on 30/09/09 , Qualification : Graduate Degree in the relevent branch of Engineering
b) Sr. Manager (Human Resource) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000/- , Age : 45 Years , Qualification : MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/HRM
c) Sr. Manager (Finance) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000/- , Age : 45 Years , Qualification : CA/CWA/ MBA with specailization in Finance
d) Sr. Manager (Contract & Procurement) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000/- , Age : 45 Years , Qualification : Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumental discipline. Prefrence will be given to candidates having two year MBA in Material Management.
e) Sr. Manager (Company Secretarial) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-58000/- , Age : 45 Years , Qualification : Should hold associate membership of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additional qualification of an associate membership of ICWA/CA/ degree in Law will be desirable.
f) Sr. Engineer (Cicil/Electrical/Chemical/Instrumentation/Mechanical) : 01 Post, Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500/- , Age : 35 Years as on 30/09/09 , Qualification : Degree in relevent branch of Engineering with minimum 60% marks
g) Sr . Officer (Official Language) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500/- , Age : 35 , Qualification : PG Degree in Hindi Leterature.
h) Sr. Officer (Finance) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500/- , Age : 35 Years , Qualification : CA/CWA/MBA in Finance with minimum 60% marks
i) Sr. Officer (Contract & Procurement) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500/- , Age : 35 Years , Qualification : Degree in Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Instumental discipline.
j) Sr .Officer (Public Relation) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500/- , Age : 35 Years , Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Communication/Advertising and Communication Management/Public Relation/Mass communication/Journalism.
k) Sr. Officer (Security) : 01 Post , Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500 , Age : 45 Years , Qualification : Should be graduate with 60% marks. Diploma in Industrial Security will be considered an added qualification
